1. Our Objectives:
• Digitization and process optimization

2. Pre-Arrival:
• Sending all the necessary information to the client: protection and cleaning measures in place at the hotel, check-in procedure, information about the new signage and the services provided during their stay.
3. Upon arrival – Check-in process
• Signaling the different points of the establishment with hydroalcoholic gel dispensers
• Signage of the necessary brands to maintain the new personal space between clients
4. During the stay
• Cleaning upon departure of the client or on request
• Constant disinfection of elements in common areas, accesses, elevators, doors and tactile reception supports
5. Post-stay:
• Assessment through surveys of our new procedures to adapt measures according to needs
6. New Hygiene and disinfection measures
• Hygiene standards training courses for all employees
• New disinfection and cleaning protocols from the client’s arrival until his departure
• New protective equipment and cleaning products
• Special plan for disinfection and maintenance of equipment, air conditioning systems and water circuits
• New protocols for the collection, washing and delivery of laundry clothes
• Installation of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in all accesses and common areas
7. In the Room:
• Replacement of signage in the room with information via email and QR codes
• Elimination of any decorative dry cleaning element (cushions and plaids)
• Cleaning upon departure of the client or on request
