NEW CHECK-IN PROCESS

• Before your arrival we will contact you (via email / whatsapp) to explain the new entry procedure to the establishment.

• In order to speed up the registration process and avoid crowds at the hotel reception, you can check in comfortably from your home following a few simple steps, and you will have a self-service machine at the hotel if you prefer to do it upon arrival .

At the moment we have implemented it in one of our by Pillow. More hotels will be gradually added to these new procedures, and you will always be informed at all times.
