At the beginning of the 20th century, this building served as the warehouse for Spain’s first fire extinguisher factory. Today, after a meticulous renovation by Quintana Arquitectura and Cierto Estudio, it preserves its industrial essence with high ceilings and original materials, blended with a functional and sophisticated design. Its name, Flamant, means “brand new,” but it also alludes to the flame—in both Catalan and Latin—a nod to its past and the vibrant energy of its current interior design.
