A building linked to cultural life
The hotel is located in the same building as the historic Cine Callao, one of the architectural and cultural icons of downtown Madrid. Premieres, festivals, and neon signs have defined this corner of the city for decades. Right in front of the hotel, the famous Schweppes neon sign crowns Gran Vía, completing one of Madrid’s most emblematic images.
It doesn’t get more central than this. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, or the Royal Palace. The Callao metro station connects you to other key points across the city.
At the top of the building, the rooftop offers an open view of Gran Vía. A place to pause for a moment and observe the city from a different perspective, with Madrid’s most famous street as your backdrop.

You may request a late check-out with at least 1 day's notice so we can inform our housekeeping staff. The maximum departure time is 1:00 PM (as new check-ins begin at 2:00 PM), with an additional supplement of €10.
