CONDITIONS

CLUB BYP is the loyalty platform of Pillow Hotels S.L and applies to all the Hotels that comprise it advertised on the official website of www.bypillow.com The program and its benefits are offered by the companies that make up Pilllow Hotels S.L, CIF B66964255 domiciled at Pz Francesc Macià Num 4. P.4 PTA 1, Barcelona 08021. The promotions and benefits included in the Club BYP loyalty program will be applicable exclusively to reservations made on the official website www.bypillow.com

Promotions and benefits are applicable on the hotel’s standard rates and may not be accumulated with other available promotions unless otherwise specified.

Registration for the Club BYP program implies the user’s agreement with the conditions and clauses of the program.

BYP Club members must be over 18 years of age.

Pillow Hotels S.L reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions, benefits and program conditions without notice.

Registration in the Club BYP program implies consent by the user/member to the processing of their data and the receipt of commercial and/or informative communications from the company Pillow Hotels S.L.

The user/member has the right to access, rectify and cancel their data, as well as to communicate any alteration or modification that may occur therein. To exercise such rights and any clarification, you can send an email to info@bypillow.com. The user can unsubscribe at any time through the Club BYP user area, which can be accessed from the website www.bypillow.com.

Club BYP program nights cannot be transferred to another person.

In the event that the Club member does not make reservations in a period of 24 calendar months between overnight stays, the original Club level will be returned.

Pillow Hotels SL is not responsible for the impossibility of developing the BYP Club program due to force majeure or legal impositions.
