Stillo Noir

The Invisible Geometry of the City

Trained in Graphic Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Stillo Noir began their career in visual communication before devoting themselves entirely to illustration and mural art. Their work has evolved from graphic design into a more experimental language, where patterns and abstract forms engage in dialogue with the urban environment. They have carried out projects in a variety of formats—from interventions in public spaces to collaborations with brands and festivals—establishing themselves as a versatile creator with an unmistakable visual identity.

Their work starts from a clear premise: to capture the hidden geometry in the everyday. Inspired by the repetition of patterns, the textures of the city, and elements that often go unnoticed—like vegetation or manhole covers—Stillo Noir translates reality into a play of lines and contrasts in black and white. Their vision reinterprets the urban landscape as a vast tapestry of ever-shifting forms, exploring the relationship between space, rhythm, and visual balance.

The Project at BYPILLOW Sinfonía (Valencia)

In this hotel, Stillo Noir’s intervention engages in dialogue with the city of Valencia through three carefully conceived spaces. In each guest room, two prints featuring monochromatic patterns complement one another, inviting visitors to observe the hidden rhythms in the city’s geometry. In the lobby, a large-format tapestry weaves together vegetal motifs and musical instruments, as if nature and melody were fused into a single score. Yet it is in the interior courtyard where the work takes on a truly monumental dimension: a hand-painted mural by the artist herself unfurls her visual language with a hypnotic intensity, integrating seamlessly with the surroundings and transforming this hotel corner into an immersive space where architecture and art converse in perfect harmony.
The collaboration between Stillo Noir and BYPILLOW Sinfonía transcends mere decoration. It is an artistic manifesto that transforms the perception of space, challenging guests to look beyond the obvious. In every stroke and every repeated form, a silent invitation resonates: pause, observe, and discover beauty in the most unexpected places—and in their invisible geometry.
